AIM & OBJECTS

The aims & objectives of the Forum for which the same is established are as under:

1. To fight for achievement/fulfillment of socio-economic aspirations of the people of Kshatriya Community.
2. To create sense of brotherhood, cooperation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the different  Kshatriya Biradaries of Jammu and Kashmir and outside.
3. To hold discussions, discourses and to make speeches etc on subjects of common interest where various people belonging to different Kshatriya Biradaries can exchange expanded views and experiences which may be made available to younger generations for creating cohesive atmosphere.
4. To bring the genuine difficulties and grievances into the notice of authorities and get the same redressed.
5. To provide platform to the members of Kshatriya Biradaries to raise their voice and carry out struggle for mitigating their problems in the interest of their welfare, progress and protect their legal rights.
6. To do all such lawful things as are necessary and conducive or incidental to the attainment of the above objects and purposes.
7. To adopt peaceful constitutional ways for achievement of aims and objectives of the Forum.
8. To establish/run and manage Schools/Colleges/Universities and Health Care Institutions for the welfare of the community.
9. To work for creation for Job opportunities for the unemployed youth of the community.
10. To organize award ceremony annually to honour the extra ordinary personalities in the different fields.
11. To conduct awareness programme for underprivileged people living in rural and other areas.
12. To establish online portals/broadcasting Centers/Satelite TV Networks /Community Radios etc.
13. To collect funds in the shape of Donations/Nominal fees for different services offered.
14. To publish pamphlets, Newsletters from time to time and issue Press releases All the income, earnings, moveable and immovable properties of the Forum shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives as set forth in the aims and objectives of the Forum and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or in directly by way of dividends, Bonus, profits or in any manner whatever to the present or the past members. No member of the Forum shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the forum or make any profit whatever.
15. To appoint employees on payment basis to carryout routine activities.
